Exercises For Attracting Positive Energy

You attract things that have the same energetic wavelength as you. That’s the reason I insist on surrounding yourself with positive people and cultivating positive energy yourself. If you have positive energy yourself, you can make others happier by vibrating with that energy and experience positivity even more when surrounded by other positive people.

Before I give you the exercises or tools, whatever you prefer calling them, I first want to tell you and talk to you about negativity. Do you ever wake up feeling unmotivated to get up? Do you go through your day excited to be alive or are you feeling mediocore and bored? I know first-hand that a lack of excitement for the things you do relates to your motivation and happiness. If you don’t care about something or are not excited you can’t be motivated about it. The solution to a lack of excitement is very simple if you are using the right tools. I have developed a step-by-step system for daily positivity, motivation and energy boost. No matter how the day started, this will kick-start you in seconds.

1) COLD SHOWER

This is the key for a good morning. The cold water will make you more alert and increase your serotonin levels. Serotonin is a neurotransmitter, which studies have shown, increases feelings of well-being and happiness. This way you are automating your psychology by making chemicals and neurotransmitters work for you. Even if you don’t do anything else that day, you have at least taken a cold shower. Not everyone can say that. If you’ve never done this you will encounter a lot of resistance and excuses. The trick as you will realize is to just turn off your mind and hit the switch and make it rain. There is no other way to do it. You have to do it as quickly as possible otherwise you will hesitate and eventually decide not to. Don’t think, just do it.

2) SENSORY ACTIVATION

This is a system to increase your balance and coordination by consciously taking hold of all your 5 senses. By taking control you are stabilizing your train of thought and boosting your awareness of your surroundings. You can do this exercise whenever you have 1 minute of free time. You can do it while walking, driving a car or riding a bus. Begin by visually observing your enviroment. Look at things near you, then things far away from you. Look to the left and to the right and up and down. You might find it surprising, but you will see things you haven’t seen before. Observe the color, the contrast, the hue and the transparency of the objects you see. Next, focus on the things you hear. Are there people talking? Are there car noises? Is it silent? Listen to diferent layers of sounds. Layers like, cars, nature, people, random noises and youself. Next, smell the enviroment. Does it smell nice, does it stink, is it neutral, do you have a cold and can’t smell things? Take 10 seconds and make a conclusion on what you smell. Next, pay attention to your taste. Are you eating something and not really tasting it. Is there a taste in the air perhaps? I find, thi is the most overlooked sense of all 5. The final one is really big, but easiest to forget: touch. Not just touch, but everything on your skin. Feel the clothes you wear (or don’t wear) and the wind and sun on your face.

This will make you more aware and stimulated, meaning you will be able to tackle situations from different perspectives because you are percieving them at different levels.

3) IRRATIONAL HAPPINESS

Whatever is happening and especially if you feel angry or sad just say or sing happy. Repeat happy 50 times and notice the difference. By saying the word, you are triggering the emotions associated with the word and the more you repeat it the more emotions are released and the body is becoming accustomed to the feeling. The more you do this, the more the body is going to make it its defaut state meaning you will become happy just by sayying happy. It will be difficult at first and it will sound weird. I know, been there done that. You just have to push through the initial resistance and negative excuses. Once push through it will feel natural and you will be asking yourself why you weren’t doing this before.

By following these tried and true methods you are sure to attract major positivity and energy into your life. These techniques work on a chemical, psychological and neuroscientifical level which means that you are stimulating your brain and body from all sides, firing up new neurons and opening up new neuron pathways to happiness. Once you have attracted and established this positive energy, you will start attracting positive people and situations into your life seemingly without effort. Make it a part of your daily routine and start attracting positivity ASAP.

Raise Your Vibrations

Since Albert Einstein shed light on the knowledge of vibrations, the world has never been the same. What he discovered was an ancient wisdom that everything in this life in pure energy being emmited on different vibrational levels. This is the great truth that rules all life on all levels. It is a law that Einstein described in modern terms. As stated, if you change the vibrations of your reality, that is your belief system you can have anything you want. Once you are on the right energetic level, things on the same vibrational and energetical level will start coming to you seemingly effortlessly.

If you can imagine the universe as a radio broadcasting band. There are multiple stations playing on different frequencies. Instead of music genres, I’m going to use the spectrum of human emotions. You can tune in to different genres including and not limited to Depression, Happiness, Anxiety, Confidence, Hatred, Motivation, Anger, Relaxation, Confusion and Passion. Everything you say and do represents and also in every moment creates the vibration that aligns you with the mentioned “genres”. If you engage in negative self talk you will get negative things in return. You reap what you sow. The forces are very explainable and very tangible but yet people don’t believe them because they can’t see it visually or because their doctor doesn’t believe in it or whatever excuse they come up with. You are either all in and taking massive action to raise your levels and elevete your energetic levels or you’re on the sidelines waiting and fumbling around. When you are on the sidelines fumbling, thinking about whether you should start or not you are tuned in to recieve Anxiety, Worry and Doubt. These seeds will only produce more of the same, so by doing nothing you are actually getting worse by the minute. If you do anything in any direction that’s better because you’re not fumbling around in place. The universeal radio band is emmiting frequencies and you are standing there tuning in to the negative frequencies that will take you nowhere.

Once you connect to those frequencies it will take some time before your life becomes amazing, because the bad seeds are still giving you bad fruits, you see. Once all the bad fruits from the bad seeds are eliminated you will experience bliss beyond your imagination. In this cycle of positive vibrations and good fruits the same pattern of positivity repeats itself and gives you more and more positivity everyday. Once you are tuned in to the raised vibrations you can just wait and the rewards and positivity will flow into your life because you’ve aligned yourself and tuned into the positive vibe of the universe. After you’ve changed your vibrations, it’s only a matter of time before the positive things manifest themselves in your life.

If you are confused you need to tune in to Certanty. If you are depressed you need to tune in to Joy. For every negative emotion, there exists an inverted positive emotion. For everything bad exists something good. This is the law of all things on earth and holds true for everything without exception. Without a contrast you can’t experience darkness or light. They always complement each other, and if you are experiencing darkness, that means that somewhere out there is light and you need to raise your vibrations in order to tune in to the light and experience the positive side. The universe gave you negativity by default, so that seeing the light is so much more rewarding and the light experience is amplified by the strong contrast.

There are people in your life which are sending off bad vibrations and you can contract bad vibrations off them and be negatively influenced by their presence. Some are obviously negative and some are negative hidden behind a mask. They might portray themselves as positive and try and maintain a positive vibe around them but deep down they are negative and are pulling you down. Some people are actively emmiting negative vibrations while some are doing it passively, by mirroring their surroundings. If their surroundings are negative, they will mirror that negativity and be negative themselves. By taking control and raising your vibrations you are actively taking a choice to radiate and recieve positive emotions which will bring good things into your life. This can mean you will meet more positive people, get along better with others, feel a sense of purpose or even make more money at your job or get a promotion. The universe doesn’t limit what positive vibrations can do. The only thing that can limit your success is your mind and your negative beliefs.
